Homeless Rights

The following Homeless Rights Card is included with all Red Tents. It is valid for British Columbia, Canada as of April 2010.

Although many of the rights set out are valid for provinces other than British Columbia, it is best to seek clarification from lawyers familiar with the laws in your province before relying on this rights card in other jurisdictions.
